In a major step toward boosting entrepreneurship and local economic development, Makani Innovation Hub and Flow Accelerator have officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to launch a strategic collaboration aimed at empowering innovators, startups, and youth in the city.

The signing took place during the opening ceremony of Makani Innovation Hub, an initiative established by Ramallah Municipality to drive local economic growth and strengthen the innovation ecosystem in Palestine.

Through this cooperation, both sides will join forces to:

  • Support entrepreneurship
  • and create job opportunities by building a nurturing environment for startups to thrive.
  • Empower youth and innovators by providing access to resources, training, mentorship, and opportunities to scale their ideas.
  • Encourage entrepreneurs to design creative solutions for real-world municipal challenges, contributing to a greener, smarter, more sustainable, and inclusive Ramallah.

This partnership marks a significant milestone in strengthening Ramallah’s position as a hub for innovation and entrepreneurship in Palestine — aligning with the vision of building a sustainable, proud, and forward-looking city.

For Flow Accelerator, this collaboration is a natural extension of its mission to empower early-stage entrepreneurs across Palestine. As a leading non-profit startup accelerator, Flow is committed to bridging gaps within the entrepreneurial ecosystem by providing comprehensive advisory, technical, and financial support to startups — from ideation to investment-readiness. This partnership is part of Flow’s broader “Building Bridges” strategy, aiming to expand its services and impact by working hand-in-hand with local partners to reach diverse entrepreneurial segments and create lasting economic opportunities.

Stay tuned for upcoming programs, innovation challenges, and opportunities that will shape the future of innovation in Ramallah!
