Flow Accelerator is committed to maintaining an environment free from discrimination and harassment. We do not tolerate, allow, condone or support any form of discrimination including race, color, national origin, ancestry, religious creed, age, sex or gender (including pregnancy childbirth and related medical conditions), sexual orientation, gender identity or expression physical or mental disability, any other basis covered by federal, state or local law.

Flow Accelerator is committed to providing a workplace free of discrimination or harassment. This includes any employee on the basis of any of the traits listed above, whether it occurs on our premises or in any event or program that takes place virtually over online conferencing tools like Zoom and Microsoft Teams. At Flow Accelerator, it is our policy to prohibit sexual harassment of employees, volunteers and interns at any time while on our premises or in connection with any events or programs involving any Flow Accelerator employees, volunteers or interns. Any employee, volunteer or intern who reports or cooperates in an investigation of harassment or discrimination will not face retaliation. We encourage employees to report any violations of the policy to protect themselves and other people. Flow Accelerator reserves the right to take any action it deems necessary under the circumstances. Violation of this policy may lead to removal from Flow Accelerator’s premises, events, or programs and/or termination of any relationship with Flow Accelerator.

Flow Accelerator values diversity and does not discriminate against any of its members. That includes mentors, speakers, judges, experts, startups, guests, contractors and vendors. All people are welcome to be part of the community.

We have a zero-tolerance policy for misconduct within the Flow Accelerator community. Any misconduct should be reported to the Flow Accelerator Team right away ([email protected]). Violations will result in removal from our premises, events, or programs and/or termination of any relationship with us.
