Contributions of users

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
The Terms of Use are governed by the law of Palestine, and the Parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Palestine.

 

Waiver
No failure or delay in exercising any right under the Terms of Use by either party will constitute a waiver of that right. No waiver under the Terms of Service will be effective unless it is made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of the party deemed to have granted the waiver.

 

Severability
The Terms of Use shall be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law. If a court of competent jurisdiction rules that any provision of these Terms of Use is unconstitutional, the provision will be modified and interpreted to best achieve the objectives of the original provision to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions of the Terms of Use will remain in effect.

Assignment
You may not assign or delegate any of your rights or duties under the Terms of Use, by operation of law or otherwise, without our prior written consent (not to be unreasonably withheld).
