20 May- As part of the EU-funded Green Forward Programme, implemented by SPARK in partnership with Flow Accelerator, the Partnership Lab 1: Ideas in Motion was held on May 20, 2026, was held yesterday in Ramallah. The event brought together Business Support Organizations (BSOs) in a structured, interactive networking and co-creation setting designed to move beyond exchange toward strengthening collaboration for Palestine’s green and circular economy transition.

The Partnership Lab convened 33 participants representing Green Forward BSOs, Palestinian BSOs and innovation enablers, as well as representatives from Flow Accelerator, SPARK, and Envision. The gathering aimed to create a collaborative space where organizations could jointly identify shared challenges, explore opportunities, and strengthen connections that support the development of future partnership initiatives aligned with green innovation priorities.

The event opened with welcoming remarks and an overview of the Lab’s objectives and methodology, highlighting the importance of structured collaboration and thematic engagement in strengthening Palestine’s green ecosystem. Participants introduced themselves and their work related to green and circular initiatives, followed by an introduction to the thematic table approach designed to facilitate focused dialogue and structured networking.

The networking was organized around five thematic tables reflecting key areas of the green economy, such as Research and Development, Green Finance and Green Jobs, Market Access, Sustainable Industries, and Innovation and Technology, focusing on AI and Entrepreneurship.

Participants assigned to the thematic tables to exchange ideas, share experiences, and explore potential areas of collaboration across organizations working in the green economy ecosystem.

Six Green Forward BSOs took part in the event, including:

  • Economic and Social Development Center of Palestine (ESDC)
  • Palestine Green Building Council (PGBC)
  • Hebron Chamber of Commerce and Industry
  • Rural Women’s Development Society (RWDS)
  • Businesswomen Forum (BWF)
  • INNOPARK

Throughout the Lab, participants engaged in focused discussions on shared gaps and opportunities in research and development, green finance and jobs, market access, sustainable industries, and innovation and technology, moving beyond introductory exchanges toward identifying complementarities and potential areas for collaboration.

The session also included the ideas pilot pitching segment where thematic tables presented key insights and emerging partnership ideas, outlining possible directions for joint initiatives and future cooperation.

Flow Accelerator, in partnership with SPARK, will continue following up with participating organizations to strengthen the connections formed during the event and support the development of collaboration ideas under the Green Forward Programme.
