Program Description
Flow Accelerator delivered 60 customized online mentoring sessions to 20 young professionals participating in the Youth Leadership Program. The sessions focused on refining participants’ pitch decks and elevator pitches, offering personalized feedback and expert guidance to enhance clarity, confidence, and delivery. Mentors helped identify gaps in business articulation, strengthened the core value proposition, and aligned messaging with market needs. Follow-up sessions were conducted to track progress, provide deeper insights, and tailor next steps, ensuring each participant advanced their entrepreneurial mindset and presentation skills for future growth opportunities.
