Day 2: Problem-Solving Workshop (In-Person)

This workshop will guide participants through a hands-on journey to develop impactful social ventures. Starting with a briefing on the Social Business Model Canvas, participants will identify and prioritize key social problems, analyze root causes, and define success criteria. Teams will learn to identify target customers, gather feedback, and validate market assumptions. Through creative brainstorming, they’ll generate and refine solutions that address core challenges while aligning with market needs.

This workshop will also focus on mapping critical elements like value proposition, customer segments, impact measurement, and sustainability using the Social Business Model Canvas. Participants will gain insights into crafting a compelling pitch deck and will conclude the day by delivering 3-minute pitches of their solutions, followed by expert feedback to help them refine their ideas further.
