Flow Accelerator and the Higher Council for Innovation and Excellence (HCIE) have formalized their long-standing collaboration by signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to further support Palestinian entrepreneurs. This partnership builds on years of joint efforts through various interventions aimed at fostering innovation, supporting startups, and strengthening the entrepreneurial ecosystem in Palestine.
The MoU was signed by HE Eng. Adnan Samara, Chairperson of HCIE, and Majd Khalifeh, Managing Director of Flow Accelerator, marking a significant milestone in the two organizations’ joint mission to advance entrepreneurship in Palestine.
Under this agreement, HCIE will provide funding to selected startups, complementing Flow Accelerator’s financial contributions and significantly enhancing the overall funding available to Palestinian entrepreneurs. This combined effort ensures that startups receive not only capital but also the strategic support needed to scale their businesses effectively.
Flow Accelerator will lead the implementation of programs, offering incubation, pre-acceleration and acceleration services, while HCIE’s financial support will enable more entrepreneurs to bring their ideas to market. By aligning financial resources with hands-on venture-building expertise, this partnership creates a strong foundation for innovation-driven growth, job creation, and long-term economic sustainability.
The MoU also establishes a structured approach for selecting and assessing startups based on innovation, market potential, and financial viability. A joint assessment committee will oversee progress and outcomes, reinforcing accountability and ensuring impactful results.
This renewed collaboration between Flow Accelerator and HCIE is a strategic step toward empowering Palestinian entrepreneurs, strengthening local innovation, and positioning startups for success in competitive markets.
