Riyadh, August 26, 2025 — Flow Accelerator and the International Finance Corporation (IFC), in partnership with Parachute 16, have successfully concluded the P16 Saudi Growth Accelerator, a year-long program designed to help Palestinian startups scale into the Saudi market. The Demo Day, hosted at The Garage in Riyadh, marked the program’s conclusion and was organized as a collaboration between Parachute 16 and the Innovative Private Sector Development Project (IPSD) to leverage resources and expertise in support of regional entrepreneurship.
Over the past year, the program provided participating startups with a structured package of growth support designed to accelerate their readiness for Saudi Arabia’s dynamic market. The accelerator included:
- Portfolio Assessment: a rigorous evaluation of startups to identify ventures with the highest potential for commercial success in Saudi Arabia. This ensured the selected ventures were primed for regional expansion and capable of attracting follow-on investment.
- Market Understanding & Preparation: Startups engaged in deep learning around Saudi Arabia’s business environment. Through on-ground presence and tailored guidance, founders gained market-specific insights aligned with their industries and business models.
- Investment Readiness: startups have refined their value propositions, strengthened their pitching abilities, and enhanced investor presentation, boosting their capacity to engage venture capitalists and corporate partners.
- Commercial Linkages: The program facilitated curated B2B matchmaking and sector-specific introductions to key Saudi stakeholders, enabling founders to forge meaningful and impactful commercial relationships.
- Legal & Commercial Establishment: Startups received direct support to navigate regulatory frameworks, establish a legal presence, register on relevant portals, and prepare for sustainable operations in the Saudi market.
- Access to Capital: The Demo Day itself was the culmination of the program’s capital access efforts, offering startups direct exposure to investors, venture funds, and corporate partners in Riyadh.
At the Demo Day, five out of the six supported startups pitched their innovative solutions to an audience of investors, corporates, and ecosystem leaders:
- Zomar is a social learning platform for training centers, influencers, and communities. It combines courses, community, and monetization tools in one place. With branded apps, digital stores, and Arabic-first support, Zomar empowers creators and educators to build, engage, and grow their own learning spaces.
- DataQueue is a voice AI orchestration platform enabling enterprises to automate and enhance customer interactions. Its solution integrates with CRMs, ERPs, and VOIP systems, serving banks, telecoms, and insurers. Products include voice agents, real-time analytics, and agent assist tools. DataQueue operates through direct sales and strategic partnerships across MENA and Europe.
- Fluxir simplifies global travel compliance with fast, AI-powered visa processing for individuals and businesses. From tourist to corporate visas, its platform and API automate documentation, embassy bookings, and real-time update, making international travel smoother, faster, and smarter.
- The Middle Frame is building a generative AI solution to create authentic Arab visuals. It also licenses image and video datasets to AI companies, helping reduce bias and improve representation in AI systems across the region and beyond.
- Turqat is a set of solutions to digitize the automotive industry, so that car owners and drivers have better and easier access to fix and maintain their vehicles. Through its user-friendly mobile application, Turqat connects car owners and drivers to a network of trusted, verified, and reliable service providers, available 24/7 to meet all vehicle maintenance needs and more.
- Flowless helps water utilities and farmers improve daily operations and resource efficiency with emerging technology to monitor and control daily operations. Flowless app, equipped with artificial intelligence, analyzes real-time data to automatically detect faults as soon as they emerge and reduce operational costs by optimizing field operations.
These six startups reflect the diversity and depth of Flow Accelerator’s end-to-end model of entrepreneurial support. Each entered the portfolio assessment component through different recruitment pathways:
- Zomar, Fluxir, and Flowless were part of the Upscale Program implemented by Flow Accelerator through its scaling track.
- The Middle Frame and DataQueue participated in two subsequent Flow Accelerator programs to boost their readiness, first through the Orange Corners Pre-Acceleration track, then through the Upscale scaling track.
- Turqat was specifically recruited to join the Parachute 16 Saudi Growth Accelerator as a high-potential candidate for Saudi market expansion.
As Flow Accelerator is enriching its approach to ensure lasting impact and greater value for startups, the focus now is on building programs that not only deliver immediate results but also position ventures for long-term success. Flow Accelerator is actively strengthening its framework to expand access to networks that unlock both market and capital opportunities. على مدار العام، قدّم البرنامج للشركات الناشئة المشاركة حزمة متكاملة من الدعم المصمم لتسريع جاهزيتها للدخول إلى السوق السعودي الديناميكي. وشملت المكوّنات ما يلي:
– تقييم الشركات: إجراء تقييم شامل للشركات الناشئة لتحديد المشاريع ذات أعلى فرص للنجاح التجاري في السعودية، وضمان جاهزيتها للتوسّع الإقليمي وقدرتها على جذب استثمارات لاحقة.
– فهم السوق والتحضير: مشاركة مكثفة لاكتساب معرفة معمقة حول بيئة الأعمال السعودية، مع تواجد ميداني وإرشاد مخصص يمنح المؤسسين رؤى مرتبطة بقطاعاتهم ونماذج أعمالهم.

داتاكيو: منصة ذكاء اصطناعي صوتي تساعد المؤسسات على أتمتة وتحسين تفاعلات العملاء من خلال التكامل مع أنظمة الـCRM وERP وVOIP، مقدمة لمنتجات تشمل الوكلاء الصوتيين والتحليلات الفورية وأدوات مساعدة الوكلاء.
فلوكسير: منصة مدعومة بالذكاء الاصطناعي لتبسيط الامتثال لإجراءات السفر العالمية عبر معالجة سريعة للتأشيرات للأفراد والشركات، بدءًا من التأشيرات السياحية حتى التجارية.
