Following the official launch of Flow Ventures earlier this month, Flow Ventures today announced the launch of Flow Angels, a structured angel investment network designed to mobilize early-stage capital and address the persistent financing gap facing Palestinian-founded startups locally and globally.
Flow Angels brings together experienced angel investors through a disciplined, professional investment framework that blends the agility of angel investing with the structure and rigor typically associated with venture capital. Operating through deal-by-deal syndicate investments, the network aims to support high-potential startups at the Pre-Seed and Seed stages with smart capital, strategic guidance, and access to regional growth pathways.
Flow Angels launches with a founding cohort of committed angel investors already onboarded, forming the core of the network and anchoring the capital expected to be deployed in 2026. This founding group brings collective experience across entrepreneurship, investment, and regional markets, and represents the initial commitment behind the Flow Angels investment mandate. Flow Angels will continue to grow its investor base selectively to ensure alignment, professionalism, and long-term value creation.
In 2026, up to USD 2,000,000 in angel capital is expected to be available for deployment through the Flow Angels Network, subject to deal-by-deal investor participation and approval. Investments are made through angel syndicates rather than a pooled fund, with each opportunity evaluated independently based on Flow Angels’ investment criteria.

The network places strong emphasis on founder quality, market scalability, and long-term value creation.
Beyond the capital, selected startups gain access to mentorship, investor networks, and regional expansion pathways—particularly into GCC markets, supporting their journey from early validation to growth and future investment rounds.
