For the second consecutive year, Flow Accelerator placed Palestine firmly on the regional innovation map at Biban Forum 2025 in Riyadh, one of the Arab world’s largest and most influential gatherings for entrepreneurship, investment, and SME growth. After a highly successful debut last year, Flow returned with greater momentum, a larger and more diverse delegation, and deeper partnerships, asserting its position as a leading bridge between Palestinian innovators and Gulf markets.
From 5–8 November 2025, Biban Forum—organized by Monsha’at, Saudi Arabia’s Small and Medium Enterprises General Authority—attracted more than 140,000 visitors, over 1,000 exhibitors, and hundreds of global speaker sacross multiple thematic “Doors” dedicated to startups, investment, market access, SMEs, and innovation.
Within this global platform, Flow Accelerator led a curated delegation of 12 high-potential Palestinian startups under the Startup Door, supported by strategic partners including the International Finance Corporation (IFC), the Swiss Development Cooperation (SDC), and Seedstars. Together, they carried a bold message: Palestinian founders are ready for scale, ready for Saudi Arabia, and ready for global markets.
Why Biban? Why Now?
Flow Accelerator’s continued presence at Biban Forum is part of a clear and intentional regional expansion strategy: positioning Saudi Arabia as the primary gateway market for both Flow and its portfolio of startups.
Saudi Arabia’s rapidly transforming entrepreneurship environment—boosted by Vision 2030, supportive regulatory frameworks, and an increasing appetite for innovative solutions—creates unmatched opportunities for Palestinian founders to scale, localize, and secure partnerships across the GCC.
By anchoring its presence at Biban 2025, Flow set out to:
- Open real market access for Palestinian startups into Saudi Arabia
- Forge long-term relationships with corporates, investors, and public-sector stakeholders
- Test, validate, and localize solutions within a dynamic, high-growth market
- Lay the foundation for Flow Accelerator’s regional operations and a stronger footprint in KSA
Through this participation, Flow reinforced its role as a regional connector, unlocking pathways for Palestinian entrepreneurs to grow beyond borders.

Beyond the Forum: Seedstars x Flow Accelerator Villa Riyadh
Flow Accelerator’s presence extended beyond the exhibition hall. In collaboration with Seedstars, Flow co-hosted the Seedstars x Flow Accelerator Villa Riyadh—an exclusive, invite-only networking reception on the sidelines of Biban.
The Villa brought together 90+ founders, angel investors, VCs, corporate innovators, and ecosystem leaders from Saudi Arabia, the region, and beyond, with support from IFC and SDC.
