By Marsel Adawi, Co-founder of Cayenne Systems
At Cayenne Systems, we’ve always believed in building meaningful software solutions that empower businesses. But it wasn’t until we joined the Orange Corners PT Pre-Acceleration Program Cycle 6 that we truly reimagined our potential for growth.
The program marked a turning point for us. Through a structured mix of online workshops and one-on-one mentorship, we dove deep into themes like scalability, go-to-market strategies, and investment readiness.

These sessions challenged us to critically evaluate our service-based business model and confront a fundamental question: how can we grow faster and more sustainably?
The answer came clearly through the program; transition to SaaS. With the support and guidance of our mentors, we made a strategic pivot from offering custom software services to developing AI-assisted, modular ERP solutions delivered as a Software-as-a-Service. This shift enabled us to focus on scalability, recurring revenue, and building a product that could adapt to a wide range of businesses, fast.
The Flow Accelerator also connected us to critical funding opportunities. We’re proud to have been awarded two rounds of support from the Orange Corners Innovation Fund:
Track 1 Grant: €4,200 to support early product development.
Track 2 Grant: €45,000, half of which is a zero-interest loan, helping us invest in talent, infrastructure, and expansion.
This program wasn’t just about funding or workshops. It gave us clarity, confidence, and the tools to scale. As we continue building Cayenne Systems into a leading ERP SaaS platform for the region, we’re grateful for the role Flow Accelerator played in reshaping our trajectory.
On a personal level, the Flow Accelerator had a profound impact on me as a founder. The hands-on mentoring and structured sessions equipped me with practical skills to better run and scale Cayenne Systems — from financial planning and pitching to long-term strategic thinking. More importantly, the program connected me with experienced advisors who continue to support me in this journey. This guidance, combined with a deeper understanding of what it takes to grow a SaaS business, gave me the clarity and confidence to lead with intention and resilience.
The program also expanded my network in meaningful ways. One highlight was attending the Qatar Web Summit, where I had the chance to connect with a diverse group of like-minded founders, innovators, and investors. These conversations reinforced our direction and inspired new ideas. Being part of such a vibrant community reminded me that while the entrepreneurial path can be challenging, it’s also filled with shared purpose and possibility!
