Flow Accelerator hosted the PIEC Showcase: Ideate, Build, and Validate, an event delivered as a core component of the PIEC Program, which is implemented in partnership with the Representative Office of Switzerland in the OPT, through funding from the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) and Seedstars. The showcase brought together founders, partners, and key ecosystem stakeholders to celebrate the achievements of startups participating in the first three cycles of the program. It highlighted the full entrepreneurial journey, demonstrating how early-stage ideas evolve into functional MVPs through structured, stage-based support.

The program opened with remarks from Majd Khalifeh, Managing Director at Flow Accelerator, who spoke about the importance of building a strong innovation pipeline in Palestine and the need for continuous support systems that enable founders to grow sustainably. She emphasized how programs like PIEC contribute to transforming raw ideas into market-driven solutions and strengthening the ecosystem as a whole.

Following this, a partnership address was delivered by Dr. Marco Andreu, Deputy Head of International Cooperation at the Representative Office of Switzerland in the OPT, through funding from the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC). He highlighted Switzerland’s long-standing commitment to supporting youth-led innovation in Palestine, reaffirming the shared vision of developing a thriving entrepreneurial environment through initiatives funded by SDC.

The showcase continued with a presentation from Leen Abubaker, Director of Programs at Flow Accelerator, who provided an overview of Flow Accelerator’s model and explained how the different stages of the PIEC Program guide entrepreneurs from ideation to prototype development. She outlined the program’s structured pathway, demonstrating how each phase equips founders with the tools, mentorship, and practical guidance needed to progress confidently toward developing their MVPs.

A central highlight of the event was the founders’ panel discussion, titled “From Problem to MVP, and Beyond.” Founders from CarBazaar, Databuddy, Rafeeqak, and Markething shared their experiences navigating market problems, interacting with customers, building prototypes, and adapting their solutions based on real-world feedback. Moderated by Lina Kilani, Programs Officer at Flow Accelerator, the discussion shed light on the determination, creativity, and diverse journeys of founders participating in the PIEC Program.

The event concluded with an open networking and showcase hour, during which guests explored startup booths and learned more about the solutions being developed across various sectors. Attendees engaged directly with the founders, discussed collaboration opportunities, and gained insight into the innovations emerging from the program.

The PIEC Showcase demonstrated the importance of structured entrepreneurship programs in accelerating startup development and highlighted how coordinated support, training, and partnerships contribute to building a dynamic and sustainable innovation ecosystem in Palestine.

The event was organized in cooperation with the Representative Office of Switzerland in the OPT, through funding from the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) and Seedstars.
