In collaboration with The National Bank, the FinTech Challenge: Innovating the Future of Finance hackathon offered a dynamic platform for aspiring innovators to explore the evolving landscape of financial technology.
Held under the umbrella of the Palestinian Innovation & Entrepreneurship Catalyst Program (PIEC), the challenge began with a deep dive into the FinTech ecosystem through a thought-provoking session. Participants explored emerging trends, regulatory shifts, and innovation opportunities that are shaping the sector. The learning journey continued with expert discussions on the legal and institutional frameworks of FinTech. These sessions helped participants better understand the operational realities and compliance considerations of building in FinTech.
By the end of the FinTech Challenge, participants gained in-depth knowledge of financial technologies, market trends, and regulatory frameworks, empowering them to design innovative solutions that advance digital finance and address real-world challenges within the financial sector.
