PowHer supports aspiring and early-stage female entrepreneurs by providing a dynamic platform for personal and professional growth. Through a range of interactive events and guided sessions, the program connects women with local and international mentors, experts, and role models who share relevant experiences and practical insights. These engagements are designed to build self-confidence, expand professional networks, and provide access to knowledge and opportunities critical for women navigating the entrepreneurial journey.
Flow Accelerator has continued to evolve PowHer into a more outcome-oriented initiative, focusing on enhancing the visibility and inclusion of women in the startup ecosystem. Each cycle builds momentum through thematically structured events that target both young aspiring entrepreneurs and established businesswomen. Events under Inspire & Connect promote storytelling and relationship-building, while Rise & Resonate provides space for dialogue, mentorship, and reflection on the unique challenges female entrepreneurs face. The Aspire & Activate series explores the intersection of personal and professional life, particularly around balancing career ambitions with family responsibilities.
