Program Details
Program Description

Flow Accelerator successfully developed and launched a pre-incubation curriculum in collaboration with Palestinian incubators, hubs, and enablers, aiming to build a stronger pipeline of entrepreneurs with a validated problem-solution fit. This initiative prepares startups for entry into incubation and acceleration programs.
Cycle 1
In its first cycle, Flow Accelerator partnered with Rubix Hive (West Bank) and Save Youth Future Society (Gaza) to deliver a two-day virtual bootcamp, followed by a pitching day. Sixteen entrepreneurs were selected to proceed into the pre-incubation track, where they received tailored guidance to develop and validate their early-stage ideas. This cycle focused on bridging the gap between ideation and validation, ensuring participants were well-prepared to advance into the incubation and prototyping phases.
Cycle 2
In the second cycle, Flow Accelerator scaled the program in collaboration with four incubators: NGate and Focus Business Center (West Bank), Business and Technology Incubator (Gaza), and Station J (Jerusalem). The cycle launched with a three-day bootcamp, after which 16 entrepreneurs were selected to participate in a six-week online business development program. This track focused on building investor-ready pitch decks, covering all critical components sought by early-stage funders. The program concluded with a pitching event, where participants presented their ventures to a panel of experts and received targeted feedback to strengthen their business positioning.
