Program Description
The Palestinian Innovation & Entrepreneurship Catalyst Program PIEC in its acceleration phase targets startups with validated products and early traction, ready to enter a growth phase. Startups receive support across four core areas: scale-up readiness, talent management, post-growth sustainability, and international exposure. Through personalized coaching, expert mentorship, and access to funding and global networks, the program equips founders with the tools needed to expand locally and internationally.
The program includes strategic coaching sessions on process optimization, resource allocation, and international market entry. It also supports talent development through leadership training, team vision building, and recruitment matchmaking. To promote long-term sustainability, the program integrates ESG practices, startup culture, and CSR into growth strategies. Startups also participate in a tailored international exposure track, gaining insights and connections to expand globally.
By the end of the program, participating startups are equipped with refined growth plans, stronger operational foundations, and improved readiness for investment and market expansion.
