Program Description
UpScale’s Validation Track was developed to strengthen the early-stage pipeline of Palestinian startups by helping entrepreneurs move from prototype to product-market fit. Through tailored coaching, hands-on mentorship, and targeted business development support, the program focused on core areas including product validation, customer development, team building, and early-stage go-to-market strategies.
Participants received access to strategic guidance and limited funding to refine their MVPs and test their assumptions in real-world settings. The program aimed to enhance startup competitiveness and prepare founders for the next stages of incubation, investment, or acceleration.
By the end of the track, participating startups had built more validated, resilient, and investor-attractive business models, contributing to a stronger, more connected entrepreneurial ecosystem in Palestine.
