Program Description
The Blockchain Bootcamp, organized in collaboration with Gaza Sky Geeks as part of the PIEC Ideation Program, brought together aspiring entrepreneurs for several days of learning, hands-on practice, and innovation.
On the first day, participants explored the evolution of money and trust and discussed how blockchain technology can offer new solutions to existing challenges. They also worked on identifying real market problems and potential opportunities where blockchain could create a meaningful impact.
The second day focused on building a strong foundation in blockchain fundamentals. Participants learned about decentralization, encryption, digital keys, consensus mechanisms, and the importance of wallet security in the blockchain ecosystem.
During the third day, the learning became more practical as participants started building smart contracts and decentralized applications (DApps). They also explored NFTs, were introduced to Solidity programming, and generated innovative ideas for blockchain-based solutions. On the final day, participants focused on shaping and validating their ideas. They designed potential solutions, developed clear problem statements, and pitched their concepts, receiving constructive feedback to refine and strengthen their projects.
