Program Description
Created by Ramallah Municipality through Makani Innovation Hub, and implemented by Flow Accelerator in partnership with GIZ, the Inclusive & Creative City Challenge offers a hands-on innovation journey that brings together municipal employees, entrepreneurs, and the community to transform real urban challenges into creative, people-centered solutions.
The program begins by engaging municipal teams in identifying and presenting pressing city challenges, raising community awareness around inclusive urban development. Through a series of interactive workshops and trainings, participants collaborate to explore ideas, co-create solutions, and apply innovative thinking to real city needs.
The journey culminates in a Demo Day, where teams present their solutions, showcasing how collaboration, creativity, and inclusion can shape a more responsive and innovative city for everyone.
